Manda Chilli Vegetarian Spice


1 Cup Brown rice
1 Cup Water (use to cook rice)
1 Teaspoon Turmeric
1 Large Red Pepper Sliced Thinly
1 Large Yellow Pepper Sliced Thinly
1 Large Green Pepper Sliced Thinly
1 Packet Frozen Mixed Vegetables
1 Tablespoon of butter
1 Tablespoon sunflower cooking oil
1 Teaspoon Manda Extra Hot Chilli Sauce
1 Red Sliced Thinly
1 White Onion Sliced Thinly
6 Long Green Beans
10 Mushrooms Chopped
4 Carrots

Serves 2 people


Stage 1
Wash rice with cold water and put in a pot add salt, turmeric, sunflower oil, butter, mixed vegetables, Manda Extra Hot Chilli sauce and water. Cook rice until water has drained and rice is fluffy.

Stage 2
Place the green beans and carrots in pot and boil for 3 minutes

Stage 3
Heat the sunflower cooking oil in a pan. Then sweat the onions (red and white) and all the peppers (red, yellow, green) in the pan.

Stage 4
Serve the rice with the peppers, green beans and carrots.
