Manda Spicy Fish


1 Tilapia Fish (Cleaned slice 3 line either side)
2 Plantain (cleaned and cut)
4 Tablespoons Fish seasoning
2 Tablespoons plain flour
2 Tablespoons lemon
Salt to your taste
1 egg
Sunflower Oil for deep frying
2 tablespoon vinegar
2 tablespoon Manda chilli sauce extra hot

Serves 2 people


Stage 1
Season the fish with salt to your taste

Stage 2
Mix fish seasoning with the flour in a bowl.

Stage 3
Mix the lemon, vinegar, egg and manda chilli sauce extra hot together in another bowl.

Stage 4
Dip the fish in the mixture of lemon, vinegar, egg and manda extra hot sauce.
Then leave it to rest in the fridge for 10 minutes.

Stage 5
Take the fish from the fridge and dip it in the fish seasoning and flour.

Stage 6
Deep fry the fish for 5 minutes both sides.

Stage 7
Deep fry plantain for 2 minutes then serve for 2 people.
