Manda Chilli Beef Sausages & T – Bone Steak

Ingredients

3 T – Bone Steak
3 Beef Sausages
4 Tomatoes
Salt to your taste
1 Red Onion Chopped
½ Yellow Peppers Sliced
½ Red Peppers Sliced
1 ½ Teaspoon Lemon Juice
1 Teaspoon Ground Pepper
1 Teaspoon Ground Paprika
4 Tablespoon Sunflower Oil
4 Leaves of Fresh Basil Chopped
2 Bay Leaves
1 Tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
1 Tablespoon Manda Chilli Sauce Extra Hot

Serves 3 people

Method

Stage 1
Season T – Bone steak with salt and place in the fridge.

Stage 2
Marinade the T – Bone steak with lemon juice, ground paprika, ground pepper, sunflower oil, basil, bayleaf, wine vinegar and Manda Chilli Sauce Extra Hot. Then place it on a baking tray and bake for 1hr or until cooked.

Stage 3
Place the tomatoes, onions and peppers (yellow and red) in a baking tray. Then pour 1 tablespoon of olive oil and bake for 4 minutes. Then serve.
