RECIPE No 1
Manda Chilli Stir-Fry Chicken
Four Servings
Ingredients
- 6 boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 2 pieces fresh ginger grated
- 1 garlic clove crashed
- 1 teaspoon Manda chilli sauce
- 2 large red and yellow peppers
- 4 spring onions
- 1 cup baby sweet corn
- 1 large red onion
- 2 tablespoons sunflower oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Cut the chicken into long thin strips and place in bowl
- Mix together the ginger, garlic, salt and chilli sauce and then stir the mixture into chicken strips and coat them evenly
- Slice peppers, onions and sweet corn separately
- Heat sunflower oil on frying pan over high heat
- Add chicken and stir-fry for 4-5 minutes or until it turns golden
- Add the sliced red onions and peppers and stir-fry for another 4-5 minutes on medium heat to soften
- Add sliced spring onions and sweet corn for stir fry for another 5 minutes
*Adjust seasoning with pepper to taste and serve immediately
RECIPE No 2
Manda Chilli Chicken with Charlotte Potatoes
Preparation time: 10 minutes. Cooking time:45 minutes. Serving: four people
- 1 Table spoon Manda Sauce
- 4 Chicken quarters cleaned
- British charlotte potatoes 750g washed
- Chopped fresh parsley washed
- 1 Red onion chopped
- 4 Large carrots washed and chopped
- 2 Table spoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Place the chicken,potatoes,parsley,onion, carrots,chilli sauce,olive oil,salt and pepper in a bowl. Mix them together,cover with tin foil and stand for 5 minutes.
Then transfer all the ingredients into the oven tray in a pre-heated oven. Remove when the chicken is brown. It is now ready to serve.
